- Abstract
Inadequacy of factors of production in the process of obtaining GDP in a national economy will cause scarcity in the markets for final goods and services, and ultimately inflation. If necessary measures are not taken at the beginning of its emergence, the effects of inflation; the consequences of all pricing distortions in the markets; it can sometimes be harsh in both the real and financial sectors. Inflationary environment affects all segments in different dimensions. While the purchasing power of fixed incomes decreases on the largest scale, those who can pass on the rise in input prices to others may become richer. The behavior of real and legal persons to protect themselves in this process further increases the inflationary process. It is inevitable that someone will benefit from the injustice in income distribution, especially against fixed incomes, while carrying out their normal business, in ways that do not comply with rights and justice. The negative effects of households' self-protective behavior on business ethics in this process erode material and moral values. If there is an increasing deterioration in moral values, it is inevitable that this will also affect the economic system. Because in the economy, behaviors that will ensure meeting on the common denominator in production and consumption become difficult due to individual ambitions. There is a quest to design an ecosystem with universal principles in order to reduce negativities. The basis of these pursuits should be the establishment of business ethics, justice and efficiency in the economic structure. Because the balance to be established between the parts of the economic structure will also reflect on the actors of the socioeconomic order.
