- Abstract
The article presents legal developments in marketing, specifically procedural and miscellaneous developments. The case State of Kuwait, et al. v. Chas Pfizer & Co., et al. is discussed, involving the coordinated pretrial proceedings of antibiotic antitrust actions under the Clayton Act. The case Lawrence Kallen and Lola M. Hale v. Nexus Corp., et al. is discussed, in which an electronic recording was accepted as an alternative to the taking of discovery information by other than stenographic means. The cases Davis Equipment Co., et al. v. Pacific Sanitary Co., et al., Rosemound Sand and Gravel Co., et al., Peter J. Allen Corp. v. California Furniture Shops Ltd., et al. are discussed, each involving interstate commerce and the applicability of antitrust statutes.
