The article focuses on American educational television and their airing of the documentary film "Three Faces of Cuba" beginning in 1965. The author explains that the film was commissioned by a Chicago, Illinois affiliate of National Education Television (NET) and that the anticommunist Cuban exile group Cuba Committee had contracted propaganda expert Edward Hunter to weigh in on it.
