The article focuses on emergence of terrorist group Islamic State (ISIS) in the Middle East, as of November 2014. Topics include the alleged inability of intelligence agencies like the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency to predict the growth of ISIS in the region; declaration of war against India and China in October 2014; strategies of the ISIS for selecting its targets; and the threat associated with introduction of the said idea of caliphate in areas that are significant for the U.S.
