The article offers information on the constitutional economic law which provide guidance on the long-term prosperity of cities in the global setting with focus on economic development policies. It mentions that the constitutional efforts to remove discrimination and protectionism in commerce and trade. It also mentions that city limits and the constitutional law of the Dormant Commerce Clause which depict the informal and formal limits on city-level environmental policies.
