The article offers information on the U.S. National Park Law with emphasis on the U.S. National Park Service (NPS). It mentions that the national park systems of the U.S. would have much to provide for other countries which attempts to establish integrated park systems. Moreover, it examines various issues regarding different conflicts that are faced by the park systems and the judicial judgments relative to the judicial proceedings for almost eight years which involve National Parks.
