- Authors
Jones, RonNell Andersen
- Abstract
An essay is presented on the U.S. Supreme Court (USSC) and the dangers that are reportedly associated with dicta-driven dialogue about the Press Clause of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution as of March 2014. American jurisprudence and the nation's rule of law are addressed, along with the USSC case Richmond Newspapers Inc. v. Virginia which deals with the press' ability to gain access to court proceedings. American media law, reporters' rights, and judicial opinions are examined.
