- Abstract
The article explores preliminary injunctions issued in false advertising cases and argues implicating of prior restraint doctrine where speech is true and non-misleading. Topics discussed include background of preliminary injunctions granted in false advertising Supreme Court's case Winter v. Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc.; inconsistencies in the standard for preliminary injunctions in false advertising cases; and assuage all potential First Amendment concerns.
