The article discusses the legal implications of the cheating scandal of New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLII in the U.S. The author points out that the fate of the team depicts the proclamation of the power of Karma as well as pose negative effects on the quality of their previous victories. He notes that the team has high possibility to defend themselves in the court of law along with its relevance on Uniform Trade Secrets Act and Economic Espionage Act of 1996.
