- Abstract
The article presents a study on the potential drug interactions between erenumab, a human anti-calcitonin gene-related peptide monoclonal antibody developed for migraine prevention, and a common norgestimate/ethinyl estradiol-containing oral contraceptive in healthy women. The study found that erenumab did not alter the efficacy or the pharmacokinetics of the active components of the oral contraceptive.
