- Abstract
The article discusses several court decisions in the U.S. The Supreme Court of Minnesota has held that failure to address property owner's evidence on property value can lead the remand of property valuation. The Supreme Court of Kansas has stressed that compensation in eminent domain proceedings for advertising billboards is not required. The North Carolina Court of Appeals has stressed that claims of negligence against an appraiser should show the production of the appraisal by the plaintiff.
