- Abstract
The article presents information on the current situation in the case of influenza in the U.S. and shows the results. It informs that the reported cases throughout the country has decreased in the month of October through December and has increased in the month from January and February before peaking in mid-March. It further informs that the Influenza A virus, H3N2 predominated over the other forms of the influenza A viruses and the influenza B virus with a lower percentage of the outpatient visits to the hospitals this sort of illness, lower rates of hospitalizations, and fewer deaths.
