- Abstract
The article focuses on the electrical charge flow in an electrical field via terahertz oscillations between three-dimensional (3D) and two-dimensional (2D) states of conductivity. It states that a 2D superconductor has zero resistance proportion to the concentration of Cooper pairs, in which superconductivity switches to "on" and "off" states. The study of Andreas Dienst and colleagues on the switching state of superconductivity in the interlayer direction at fast terahertz rates is discussed.
