- Abstract
The article discusses the adverse section model with generalized cost function and multidimensional asymmetric. It mentions several cases wherein the adverse selection problem involves various parts of private information including risk aversion, possibility of accident of an insurer, and marginal cost of production. It says that the adverse section model is dedicated to various applications including multiproduct monopoly regulation, nonlinear pricing, and optimal taxation.
