- Abstract
The article focuses on the development in animal tort and insurance law in the U.S. It examines court decisions regarding animal tort and insurance law between October 2009 and October 2010. It discusses the definition of "business day" for a life-and-death decision of when the stray animal hold expires. It explains a dispute between naturopathic and allopathic veterinarians at a veterinary college. Furthermore, it cites court cases pertaining to animal tort law, equine-related claims, and dog bites.
