- Abstract
This article presents a case study of rib osteomyelitis seen in a six-year-old African-American boy. It discusses the clinical and family history of the patient and details the results obtained from the physical and laboratory examinations performed on the child. It explains the symptomatology, differential diagnosis, epidemiology, parthenogenesis and prevalence of rib osteomyelitis. It offers guidelines for managing the disease.
