- Abstract
The article discusses the study that determined changes in condom use by female sex workers (FSWs) in the Mexico-U.S. border region, where there is high prevalence of HIV among FSWs, with their intimate partners and regular and nonregular clients over 24 months. Topics discussed include decrease in condom use by couples in Tijuana, Mexico over time, and significant increase in the use of condoms by FSWs with regular and nonregular clients over time.
