- Abstract
The article provides an overview of the recent controversies concerning religious liberty and the virtue of pluralism in the U.S. It presents the author's insights concerning the article "The Secret Costs of Religious Endorsements," by Christopher C. Lund. Also outlined is the decision of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit on the case of Pelphrey v. Cobb County, which concerned a legislative prayer controversy.
