- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 42-year-old male, who was diagnosed with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). The patient was administered with antiretroviral therapy including tenofovir, lamivudine, and efavirenz. The patient had noticed brownish-black pigmentation in the nails as well as rough surface of the nail plate. The patient was treated with fluconazole for nails ulcer.
