- Abstract
The article presents the Nuclear Regulation Committee report in the U.S. covered from July 1, 2007 to May 31, 2008. It highlights the decisions made by the court for several cases including the issuance of a license to Louisiana Energy Services Inc. (LES) by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for the construction and operation of a uranium enrichment facility in New Mexico as well as the application of federal antidumping statutes to separative work unit contracts designed for the uranium enrichment services. It also indicates the policy developments in the nuclear power regulation.
