- Title
BLAKE AND THE PARANORMAL.
- Authors
BENTLEY JR., G. E.
- Abstract
The article discusses the visions seen by English poet and artist William Blake, asserting that his experiences are proof of his paranormal abilities, not madness. It considers Blake's artistic representations of his visions such as his Ghost of a Flea, which he discussed with his friend astrologer John Varley. Other topics compare Blake's paranormal abilities with religious philosopher Emanuel Swedenborg, clairvoyant Edgar Cayce, and Biblical figure Moses.
