- Abstract
The article discusses how document management corporation Xerox's government and transportation unit Technology Delivery Center (TDC) used the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008 Standard to transform its quality management system (QMS) and grow its business profitability. Topics include the creation of a process on page (POP) for key performance processes, the plan's execution, including adding POPs to the TDC's process asset library (PAL), and audit planning.
