- Abstract
To understand the yield (biological efficiency) and selenium enrichment rules of selenium-enriched Lerrtinus edodes after large-scale cultivation, the cultivation experiment of selenium-enriched Lentinus edodes was carried out by large-scale production through the model of substrate addition・ Different concentrations of selenium were selected to add to Lentinus edodes Xiangyang II" and "9608", the biological efficiency of Lentinus edodes and the contents of selenium and seleno-amino acids in the first and second tides were determined・ It was found that the biological efficiency of Xiangyang II" Lentinus edodes did not change significantly at low Se supplemental level (0一6 mg/kg), and when the Se supplemental level continued to increase(10一60 mg/kg), the biological efficiency of Lentinus edodes was lower than that at low Se supplemental leveL For Lentinus edodes "9608", with the increase of selenium supplemental level(0一60 mg/kg), the biological efficiency of Lentinus edodes showed a slightly increasing trend, but the difference was not significan匚 The total and seleno-amino acids contents of the two different varieties of Lentinus edodes increased with the increase of selenium supplemental level, but the proportion of seleno-amino acids in total selenium did not change significantly with the increase of selenium supplemental level, and the proportion was 66. 7%一85-4%・ For different varieties of Lentinus edodes, the total selenium content in the first tide showed a good regularity in the range of selenium supplemental level 0一20 mg/kg, and the total selenium is about 4一5 times the selenium content in the matrix (air-dried). Therefore, according to the large-scale cultivation mode, selenium-riched Lentinus edodes with stable total selenium content and seleno-amino acids accounting for more than 65% of total selenium can be obtained, which has certain guiding significance for the development of selenium-riched Lentinus edodes industry.
