- Title
La tiranía de la flor de la vida en la economía de Aristóteles.
- Authors
MURPHY, JAMES BERNARD
- Abstract
The paper focuses on giving an explanation to Aristotle's dismissal treatment of childhood. The paper begins recalling us that Aristotle's oikonomia is mainly about "the moral and intellectual perfection of the members of the household, not about getting and spending". It notes that Aristotle confers to the father, living his prime of life, not only a primacy but also a tyrannic authority over the children (and also over the elderly).
