- Abstract
Muddy dams are a common type of dam, and due to the special nature of their construction materials, their anti-seepage effect is poor. In order to improve the anti-seepage effect of the dam, this study explored two reinforcement schemes. The results show that the single width seepage flow of the dam body after reinforcement with A13 scheme in scheme A decreased by 91. 67% compared to the initial value. Compared with the initial value, the decrease in export penetration ratio decreased by 93. 59%. Moreover, the improved A13 scheme reduces the water infiltration line of the dam body by 40. 0% compared to the original height. Therefore, the A13 scheme in scheme A is adopted to ensure that the dam body meets the requirements for seepage stability. This study has a certain reference value for the study of anti-seepage technology of silt dams.
