- Abstract
The purpose of the experiment was to obtain fermented rice husk powder with xylanase activity, so as to improve the feeding value of rice husk powder. In this experiment, rice husk powder was fermented by Aspergillus Niger in solid state. The xylanase activity in fermented products was used as an index, and the fermentation conditions were optimized by single factor combined with response surface methodology, and the nutrient content of fermented products was measured. The results showed that when the substrate mass was 10 g, the initial water content was 10.1 mL, 1.0% ammonium sulfate was added, the culture temperature was 30.9 °C, and the culture time was 3.1 d, the highest xylanase activity was 135.643 U/mL, which was 3.6 times higher than that before optimization. Under these conditions, the content of crude protein and true protein in fermented rice husk powder increased, the content of true protein reached 12.35%, which increased by 107.21% compared with that before fermentation, the content of crude fiber and crude fat decreased, and the content of crude ash increased. The study indicates that the xylanase activity in fermented rice husk powder reached the feeding standard, and the protein content is increased, which can be used as an auxiliary material to prepare feed.
