- Abstract
In view of the impact of vibration signal acquisition frequency on the dynamic response data results of the cross-seat monorail coupling system during vibration signal processing, finite element analysis software was used to establish the cross-seat monorail coupling system model, and the variation trend of vibration response of the vehicle and rail beam with vibration signal acquisition frequency at different speeds was explored. Then the frequency range suitable for vehicle and rail beam vibration signal acquisition was obtained. The results show that if the acquisition frequency of vibration signal is too low, it will lead to the distortion of the rail-rail coupling vibration response results, and if the acquisition frequency is too high, the improvement of the accuracy of the results is not obvious. The acquisition frequency of vehicle vibration signal shall not be less than 200 Hz. The minimum acquisition frequency of vertical and lateral vibration acceleration signals of the track beam is 600 Hz and 1 500 Hz respectively. The higher the vehicle speed, the greater the impact of vibration signal acquisition frequency on the accuracy of the track beam vibration acceleration results.
