- Abstract
The article deals with the religious organization as one of the independent nonentrepreneurial types of functional organizations. It is proved that religious organizations exist as a legal entity of private law, and for their individual species, in particular, religious groups, a legal person -- that's just one of the possible legal forms of participation in public circulation. Religious associations in civil turnover represented by their centers (departments), which have the status of legal persons. A religious organization has a special capacity, depending on the purpose of its creation. Entrepreneurial activity can be created by one person she societies, the creation of which there are relations of dependence.
