The article presents information on a number of new and exciting changes in the periodical "Diabetes, Obesity & Metabolism." These changes should further enhance services to its authors and provide greater circulation and impact to its readership. The most recent impact factor for Diabetes, Obesity & Metabolism has risen to 1.528. This is particularly successful for such a relatively young journal and reflects the quality, diversity and importance of the research and associated commentaries that have been published to date.
