- Abstract
(c), The immunohistochemical study revealed generalized positivity for CD30 (original magnification ×400) gl Lymphomatoid papulosis is defined as a chronic, recurrent, self-healing papulonecrotic, or papulonodular skin disease with histological features suggestive of a (CD-30 positive) malignant lymphoma. Lymphomatoid papulosis type E may present with large necrotic lesions, but histologically it is characterized by angioinvasion, which was not a feature in our case. Additionally, the patient also had two isolated nodular lesions on the lateral aspect of the left arm, with similar features (Fig.
