The article discusses a case of a 76-year-old female who was presented with localized multiple ulcers and erythematous nodules on the left forearm. Based on a histological analysis on her biopsied papule, there are ulcerations and dense infiltration of inflammatory cells in her dermis. She was eventually diagnosed with cutaneous Mucor hiemalis.
