- Abstract
The article presents a study that examines the effects of regional angling effort, angler behavior and harvesting efficiency on landscape patters of overfishing across lakes located near Thunder Bay in Ontario. The study examines walleye production biology using lake-specific morphometric and edaphic features and develops angler fishing site choices using grounded multi-attribute utility function. It reveals the role of angler population size in understanding landscape overfishing dynamics.
