- Title
Sustained improvement in joint pain and nail symptoms with etanercept therapy in patients with moderate-to-severe psoriasis/Improvements in patient-reported outcomes in moderate-to-severe psoriasis patients receiving continuous or paused etanercept treatment over 54 weeks: the CRYSTEL study.
- Abstract
Development of psoriasis is known to be associated with a decrease in the health-related quality of life of a patient, and has been shown to have a similar deteriorative effect to disorders such as cancer and depression. Post hoc analyses of data from the CRYSTEL (Clinical Randomized Year-long Study Assessing the Safety and Efficacy of Enbrel in Psoriasis) study to determine the prevalence of nail and joint symptoms and to assess patient-reported outcomes are described in these two articles.
