Abstract
The article discusses the passage of the Breathalyzer Bill in Trinidad and Tobago, which is part of the Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic (Amendment) Act. Works and Transport Ministor Colm Imbert comments that the bill is a step to alleviating reckless driving. The next bill considered was one raised by Member of Parliament (MP) Faud Khan about the use of cellular phones while driving.
