- Abstract
The article reports on John Stone and his works as a poet. He was also a cardiologist and an Associate Dean of Admissions at Emory University Medical School. Some of the poems he has written were "Talking to the Family", "The Girl in the Hall" and "The Truck." He has a collection of essays in "In the Country of Hearts." It is reported that Stone made sense of literature and medicine. He was a contributing editor and a frequent speaker at literature and medicine conferences.
