In this article, the author discuses the noneconomic theories related to contract and tort. It is mentioned that civil discourse law and corrective justice are presented as interpretations of the law. Importance of interpretive theories in debates over law reform is also discussed. It is mentioned that private law is considered by civil discourse theorists for acting against defendants.
