- Abstract
The article offers information on the risk of wrongful conviction that is a part of criminal justice system in Switzerland. It analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the criminal procedure to prevent the wrongful convictions in Switzerland. It informs that the Swiss National Science Foundation made a study on wrongful convictions for development of a legal framework of the forensic DNA database in Switzerland.
