Anti-inflammatory effect of siRNAs targeted il-4 and il-13 in a mouse model of allergic rhinitis The mouse anti-IL-4 and IL-13 siRNAs3,4 as well as branched (dendrimeric) cationic peptide LTP for nucleic acids delivery into mammalian cells, including lymphocytes (important source of IL-4 and IL-13)5 were designed and tested previously.
