- Abstract
The article offers information on the role of the U.S. Supreme Court in addressing the conflict of laws related to the § 101 subject-matter patentability in federal courts. Topics discussed include issues related to the abstract idea analysis as evinced by Supreme Court and Federal Circuit jurisprudence, offering a realistic solution adding certainty to § 101 jurisprudence, and filtering out undesirable inventions without overburdening courts.
