- Abstract
The article discusses several issues related to multiplicity adjustment in testing multiple statistical hypotheses in clinical pharmacology studies. As stated, a clinical study may have multiple efficacy end points which has to be taken into account in multiple testing to avoid false efficacy claims. The article opines that modeling the data with diagnostics is important to take dependence into account to adjust for multiplicity .
