- Abstract
The article focuses on identifying cells and genetic networks associated with alveolar capillary dysplasia using single-cell multiomics techniques. Topics include the collection of lung tissues from ACDMPV subjects, the application of combinatorial barcoding single nucleus ATAC-seq and single nucleus RNA-seq, and the utilization of these techniques on control lung samples for comparison.
