- Abstract
The article focuses on study related to determination of in vitro responses of epithelial rest of Malassez (ERM) cells under combination of compression and centrifugal forces in terms of their HSP70 mRNA expression. Topics discussed include flattened cells in SEM observations after the application of mechanical force; higher expression of HSP70 Messenger RNA (mRNA) observed in ERM cells under mechanical force compared with the control; and no accumulation of HSP70 with intermittent force.
