- Abstract
The article reports on the approval of Non-Invasive Monitoring Systems' (NIMS) Exer-Rest as a Class I therapeutics vibrator by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the U.S. The FDA approved the Exer-Rest as an aid to temporarily increase local circulation, to provide temporarily relief of minor aches and pains and local muscle relaxation. The FDA's approval was based on 23 investigational and clinical studies at the University of Pennsylvania Medical School.
