- Abstract
The article focuses on the significant legal developments during the year 2011 that took place in Mexico. The constitutional and legislative amendments, judicial decisions and diplomatic achievements are considered. The importance of protecting the human rights, accessibility of justice and the judicial role of assuring rule of law are discussed. The military justice based on the Inter-American Convention on Human Rights and the tools for resolving business disputes are also discussed.
