- Abstract
The article presents a case study of the International Teaching Assistant (ITA) training program in Mountain University in Beckley, West Virginia. The ITA training program was developed for a general purpose of serving the multidimensional needs ITAs. The article discusses the case study methodology, interviews, observations, and document analysis for building a thick description of the experiences of ITAs.
