In this article, the author discusses about his article on Papiamentu, one of the most complex languages in the world, which was initially published in an journal. The author provides an explanation to Silvia Kouwenberg, who discusses a paper of his. The author does not support Kouwenberg's idea that the weighting of different subsystems of grammar appears arbitrary, in context of creoles languages.
