- Abstract
In order to reduce the difficulty of railway engineering technical interface management and improve the efficiency of interface management, a technical interface information coordination management framework based on interface information exchange is proposed to build a technical interface information management platform architecture. First of all, the analysis of the characteristics of the technical interface of railway engineering defines the content of technical interface information includes interface requirements, interface interfaces, responsible units and interface directions. Based on the information communication theory, it introduces the concept of interface exchange, puts forward the technical interface information exchange model, clarifies the technical interface information exchange process, and combs out the specific management process for interface information exchange in interface management. Then, from the perspective of interface management difficulties, the requirements of railway engineering technical interface management are analyzed. Combined with coordination management theory, a technical interface coordination management framework based on information exchange is proposed, which includes technical interface professional information coordination, organization information coordination, process information coordination and target information coordination. And by analyzing the mechanism of technical interface information coordination management on interface management objectives (quality, progress, investment, safety), combined with information technology, and guided by information interaction between technical interfaces, a technical interface information coordination management platform is built, so as to timely solve the contradiction between interface related parties in the division of labor and coordination, and achieve efficient and orderly dynamic control of interfaces. The information management platform will realize the real - time standardization and standardized management of technical interfaces, improve the delicacy and accuracy of management, as well as the timeliness of management and the collaboration of all participants, which can provide new ideas for the management of complex technical interfaces of the railway.
