- Abstract
The article presents the study regarding the determination of whether or not soman alters norepinephrine (NE) relaxation or resting tension of porcine coronary arteries. It employed materials and methods including hearts from feeder pigs, Krebs-Henseleit solution and microdisplacement myograph transducer F-60. Results show that soman-induced toxicity are likely to contribute to neither NE-induced relaxation direct contractile activity nor antagonism.
