- Abstract
The article presents a study regarding the reproductive hazard of rice oil contaminated with polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) to multiparous women in Taiwan. It states that the outcome of birth weights, placental weights, prenatal condition, infant weights, and growth curves of babies were assessed after PCB intoxication. It mentions that PCB poisoning could be attributed to increase spontaneous abortion, stillbirth, and growth of babies, which need further studies.
