The article describes a case of a bilateral developmental glaucoma suspected from megalophthalmos revealed during obstetric ultrasonography. The patient, a male neonate delivered normally in the 38th week of gestation, underwent trabeculotomy on his 17th day of life and the intraocular pressure (IOP) was well controlled.
